At Earth Envy Naturals, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our small-batch tallow products. Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

 

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, scent, or texture.

  • To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or had their original seal tampered with.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, we are committed to making it right.

To qualify for a resolution, please follow these steps:

  • Notification: Contact us at [earthenvynaturals@gmail.com] within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Documentation: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label.

  • Resolution: Upon review, approved cases may receive a replacement or a refund. All resolutions are at the sole discretion of Earth Envy Naturals.

 

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, we are unable to cancel or refund the purchase.

 

4. Product Variations

Please note that because our tallow is a natural, minimally processed product, slight variations in color, scent, and consistency are normal and do not constitute a "damaged" product.
