Our Story
Earth Envy Naturals started with Kevin and Katie. We were thinking a lot about our health and the way we were living. Through keto and carnivore, we learned fast that food quality matters, and that seed oils were a big part of what wasn’t working for us. Cutting them out wasn’t a trend for us, it was a turning point.
As our health improved, our standards changed. We stopped being willing to accept “good enough,” whether it was food, ingredients, or the products we used every day. We weren’t looking to start a brand we were just trying to do things better and more honestly.
Over time, people around us started asking questions, then asking for product, then asking for more. What began as a personal shift turned into a business built on the same principles we were living by: real ingredients, clear choices, and no shortcuts.
Earth Envy Naturals exists because of that journey. It’s a reflection of the changes we made, the lessons we learned, and the kind of business we wanted to build, one we’re proud to stand behind and put our names on.

Our Rendering Process
Before we begin, let us explain what rendering actually is.
Rendering is the process of slowly heating raw beef fat so the clean liquid fat separates from the connective tissue and natural impurities. That liquid fat is then strained and cooled into solid tallow.
Not all beef fat is the same. Muscle fat (the fat trimmed from steaks or roasts) is softer and contains more impurities and connective tissue. Suet, on the other hand, is the hard fat that surrounds the kidneys and loins. It is cleaner, firmer, and produces a more stable, neutral tallow when rendered.
We render our tallow in small batches using beef fat sourced from local farms we trust. Our cosmetic-grade tallow is crafted from 100% pure suet for skincare, while our cooking tallow is made from a traditional blend of muscle fat and suet for rich flavour and performance in the kitchen.
Each batch is rendered at low heat and filtered three times to remove any remaining particles and ensure a clean, smooth, stable product.
We don’t add anything. No preservatives. No deodorizers. No bleaching agents like those often used in large-scale commercial production. Just pure suet, rendered properly and carefully filtered.
It’s simple, honest work that takes time and attention and that’s the standard we hold every batch to.
