Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Earth Envy Naturals. We take pride in our small-batch rendering process and aim to get our pure tallow products into your hands as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): Flat rate shipping applies to all domestic orders.

  • FREE Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $70.

  • International Shipping: We ship our tallow products worldwide. Please note that while our tallow is shelf-stable and carefully packaged, Earth Envy Naturals is not responsible for products that liquefy due to high temperatures during transit in warmer climates. Additionally, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import restrictions regarding animal-based products in their specific country.

 

3. Free Local Delivery (Spruce Grove & Surrounding Areas)

We are happy to offer Free Local Delivery for our neighbors on orders over $50.

  • Delivery Area: Includes Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and select surrounding areas.

  • Schedule: Local deliveries are typically made within 2–3 business days of your order being processed. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Earth Envy Naturals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

6. Damages

Earth Envy Naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
